Chelsea Fiedler, Executive Director
Chelsea Fiedler has been working with individuals with disabilities since 2005. Growing up, Chelsea always admired her mother who worked as an Occupational Therapist with individuals with disabilities. She started as a PCA when she was in high school and has worked with many different diagnoses. Chelsea’s passion for helping individuals with disabilities led her to Have a Heart, where she has now discovered another passion for non-profit work. Chelsea strives to make Have a Heart a place where all individuals are welcome and where caregivers can enjoy their work. Chelsea feels that Have A Heart is a very special place with lots of potential and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
Bobbie Kuhn, Grant Coordinator
Bobbie, our Grant Coordinator, is from Sparta…Wisconsin’s beautiful, drift-less area that was never touched by glaciers… and moved to River Falls when she married Jim. They raised four great kids and have 11 sweet grandchildren. Bobbie was an instructor in the Wisconsin Technical College System for 25 years before retiring. An extrovert, she couldn’t stay home for long and joined our staff to work part time. Bobbie wrote two books during her retirement, so she has no problem sitting quietly, researching and writing grants. Because she was a teacher, she enjoys making sure the staff gets their required training done. ·She especially enjoys having lunch with the clients and staff in the Adult Day Program and getting to know everyone better. In her spare time, she is one of the sponsors of a Guatemalan family and helps St. Croix Animal Friends raise money for their shelter.
Loretta Kittelson, Clarke Damon Villa Director

Loretta finds joy in making people smile and keeping them healthy. As a Mother and a Grandmother, she is a fantastic fit for this profession. Loretta’s clients absolutely love her cooking, compassion and constant dependability.
Alyssa Iverson, Respite Program Director
Alyssa has been working with individuals with disabilities since the Fall of 2014. She started her first caregiving job working at a group home in Minnesota where she fell in love with the field. In the Spring of 2015, Alyssa declared her major as Social Work at the University of Wisconsin- River Falls, thanks to the passion she found when working as a caregiver. Not long after, she started at Have a Heart as a caregiver working Respite on the weekends and has since been promoted to director. Working as a caregiver to individuals with disabilities has opened Alyssa’s heart and mind. She finds joy in bonding with the clients and their families. Alyssa is set to graduate in the Spring of 2019 with her Social Work degree. She hopes to continue serving children and adults with disabilities through case management. Alyssa is passionate and caring about everything she does on the job, and she hopes to impact others the way they have impacted her.
Tia Field, Day Program Director
Tia Field is the director of the adult day program, which runs·Monday·through·Friday. She came to Have A Heart as a caregiver in 2017 and through her passion and drive was promoted to director a few months later. Tia was born and raised in Viola, WI. Growing up, she was always told she had an “old soul”. She dreamed of opening a home for elderly and a job that would allow her to help others – precisely what she’s doing today. Tia began college courses at UW Richland, then decided to try something new and out of her comfort zone, so she packed up and moved three hours away from her little hometown to River Falls, WI. At this time, Tia took on her first role as caregiver and fell in love as everyone knew she would. From there, she took on management roles in assisted living homes. Here at Have A Heart, Tia continues to set the bar higher every day. On a daily basis, you can find Tia running fun activities for her clients and providing excellent support to her team. She is always bringing new ideas to the program, and we can't wait to see what Tia continues to bring to our Have A Heart family!
Courtney Anderson, Program Director
Courtney is a caregiver simply because it is what she absolutely loves doing. Taking care of others is her passion and she can't imagine doing anything else. From hands-on care with feeding tubes to reading a book or doing crafts, she enjoys every step of the journey. She has been a caregiver for the past six years and truly enjoys the companionship with clients. Courtney has worked with diagnoses of autism, Down syndrome, cognitive impairment, developmental and physical disabilities. They say when you have a job you love you don't work a day in your life, and that sentiment sums up how she feels about the field. As a native of River Falls, Wisconsin, she enjoys sharing with her clients’ fun, local activities in the community. When she is not at Have A Heart, she can be found riding her Arabian horse and volunteering with the River Falls FFA alumni.
