Supporting adults with disabilities to achieve their full potential in a safe, enriching environment by promoting independence, creativity and socialization.
Our day center has been providing person-centered services for adults with disabilities since 2008.
Surrounded by family farms, our day center sits on 5 acres and includes an adaptive gym and a beautiful barn where we hold fundraising events.
Our day program offers individualized care plans and nutritious meals and snacks prepared by staff.
Socialization and relationship building are encouraged through group activities including arts and crafts, games, sports, cooking and baking, gardening, music, outings and more.
Have A Heart, Inc. is licensed through the state of Wisconsin. We accept payment for services from sources such as IRIS, Inclusa, Medicaid and private pay.
