Camp Have A Heart: A Summer Camp for Adults with Physical and Developmental disABILITIES

Are you ready for a summer full of fun, friendship, and learning? Camp Have A Heart is the perfect place for you! This day camp, located in River Falls, WI, believes in inclusion and diversity.

What Makes Camp Have A Heart Special?

Camp Activities:

  1. Arts and Crafts Camp (June 24-June 28): Unleash your creativity with activities like painting, clay sculpting, and making jewelry.

  2. Music Camp (July 8-12): Explore your passion for music through singing, playing instruments, and more.

  3. Movement and Creative Expression Camp (July 15-19): Express yourself through dance, drama, and other fun activities.

  4. Adaptive Sports Camp (July 22-26): Enjoy sports and games tailored to everyone’s abilities.

  5. Outdoor Activities Camp (July 29-August 2): Enjoy nature with adaptive hiking, gardening, and other outdoor adventures.

  6. “Friendship Fiesta” Camp (August 5-9): Celebrate friendship with inclusive activities like cooking classes, dance sessions, and more.

Camp Have A Heart Details:

  • When: 10 a.m. to noon each weekday during scheduled camp weeks.

  • Cost: $125 per week.

  • Scholarships: There are some scholarships available for campers based on need. Ask the camp staff for more details.

How to Register:

  2. Complete the Intake Form: This form helps the camp staff tailor activities to each camper’s needs.

  3. Make a Payment: Payment arrangements are due when you register. You can pay by phone, email, or mail. We also accept payment through IRIS, Inclusa, Medicaid, and private pay.

Certified Care

Have A Heart, Inc. is certified through the State of Wisconsin. We accept payment for services from sources such as IRIS, Inclusa, Medicaid, and private pay. Staff have a background in working with people with disabilities and are First Aid and CPR trained.
